Exodus Recovery Mental Health Walk-In Assessment Centers

Exodus Recovery, inc. announces the second North County Walk-In Mental Health Assessment Center in Escondido at 660 East Grand Avenue. Center hours are from noon to 7 PM,  Monday-Friday.  The phone number is 760-796-7760.

The Vista center is located at 524 West Vista Way and the phone number is (760) 758-1150. It operates 40 hours per week, noon to 8 pm, Monday through Friday.

Services are targeted forindividuals with Medi-Cal and those who are medically indigent.  The Center is contracted through San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency Mental Health Services and funded through the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA). Their mission is to provide short term mental health services to adults in crisis. Mental health services will include: assessment; crisis intervention; medication evaluation; trauma and substance abuse assessment/referrals; short term case management; and linkage to community resources. All clients will be involved in their service planning and treatment. Its services will target individuals with Medi-Cal and those who are medically indigent. It will introduce innovative practices such as telepsychiatry and quick response to patient needs, while maintaining a warm and caring environment for clients.
