Exodus Recovery Mental Health Walk-In Assessment Centers

Exodus Recovery, inc. announces the second north county walk-in mental health assessment center in Escondido at 660 East Grand Avenue. The phone number is 760-796-7760.

The Vista center is located at 524 West Vista Way and the phone number is (760) 758-1150.

Services are targeted for individuals with Medi-Cal and those who are medically indigent. The Center is contracted through San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency Mental Health Services and funded through the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA).
